We have stayed in La Fenice for two days. This is an absolutely hidden gem. Rooms are well kept and renovated, sparkles clean!
Our separate gratitude is for Signora Carmela, who was looking after us a the trip, she is a genuine treasure for the Employer, absolutely wonderful.
And if course, Giuseppe, who is going beyond of hospitality and provides a 7 star service, always available and gentle.

Starting with the negative thoughts: our triple room was very small, smaller than normal double rooms and it didn't even contain wardrobes; the bathroom was tiny too, it didn't have a plain surface to put our stuff, and it's door needed to be forced when shutting it; it was impossible to shower for the fact that not much water was coming out opening it; we had breakfast on Easter Sunday and it could have been a little different than just the usual croissants, rusks, yoghurt, etc.
Although, the staff is super friendly and the hotel has a wonderful view of the Vesuvius and nice outdoor places such as a section with a pool, chairs, tables, music, and other places for pets, kids, etc.
It certainly wasn't an experience we hated but some upgrades are a 100% needed.

The pool area is always tidy and clean, including the pool, truly a place to return to with your eyes closed.

I was able to spend two days in complete relaxation thanks to the kindness and professionalism of everyone who works in the facility. Kind and polite people ready to solve any problem. A good breakfast based on croissants, cereals, yogurt, fruit, milk and coffee of the customer's choice. The comfortable swimming pool and dog area available for your pet. Very clean facility. We will definitely be back!
